Steps to be a Vendor

All Vendor paperwork and payment DUE July 15th, 2026 by 5:00 PM
  1. Submit application by May 15th, Food Trucks and trailers accepted only, No Canopies will be accepted. 
  2. Application Deadline May 15, 2026
  3. Approvals will be sent out June 1, 2026
  4. FORMS REQUIRED after approval:  application, certificate of liability insurance, food handlers permit and payment.
