Steps to be a Vendor

  1. Vendor type. (Food Concession Booth, Commercial Booth or Non-Profit)
  2. Vendor Application
  3. W-9
  4. Certificate of Liability Insurance
  5. Submit application by email
  6. Make payment
  7. Food Handler Permit
All Vendor paperwork and payment DUE July 15th, 2024 by 5:00 PM

Food Concession Booth

  • $500 in county 12X12 only Canopies $700 in county trailer/food truck, anything over 12X12 (Must have Mobile Food Permit). (Owner must be a Juab County resident or have a Juab business license. This does not include family or friends NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • $600 out of county 12X12 only Canopies $800 out-of-county trailer/food truck, anything over 12X12 (Must have Mobile Food Permit).
  • $100 late fee applied after July 15th 2024
  • NO Electricity Provided- Vendor MUST provide own Power. EU series is highly recommended.
  • Must choose Booth size on map. 12X12 canopy or Food Truck/Trailer (anything over 12X12)

Commercial Booth

  • $500 in county 12X12 only Canopies $700 in county trailer/food truck, anything over 12X12 (Must have Mobile Food Permit). (Owner must be a Juab County resident or have a Juab business license. This does not include family or friends NO EXCEPTIONS)

Vendor Information and Rules

  • DUE TO SPACING AND PARKING ISSUES, ALL VENDORS MUST SET UP TUESDAY, AUGUST 6th 2024.
    4:30P.M. NO EARLY SET UPS.
    A map is provided at time of Registration. Please pick your booth space and spot. Booths starting with number one are closer to the large outdoor arena. No changes will be made after setup. Blue Stakes will be done prior to your arrival. All setup will be directed through Hollie Holman. Limited space available, register now.
  • Vendors will receive confirmation of accepted registration.
  • Map and booth space may change at the discretion of Hollie or Fairboard.
  • Canopies must be weighted and tied down.
  • Juab County Fair Board reserves the right to dismiss any vendor for problems or misconduct.
  • Grease and gray water must be dumped in approved areas ONLY. Do not dump in plastic containers.
  • Water is available to fill containers but not for continuous hookup. Please make sure your containers are full before the night events.
  • No vehicles may be parked in the vendor area at any time.
  • NO ELECTRICITY PROVIDED. MUST PROVIDE OWN POWER. Must have an inverter generator with a noise level of 65 DB or less. EU series is highly recommended.
  • “We will try “and place vendors with similar items away from each other.
  • The Police & Sheriff Department will do a drive thru during the night to periodically check on the vendors
    but the booths and valuables will be left at the fairgrounds overnight at the vendors’ own risk.
  • Fire Extinguisher is required in your booth.
  • ABSOLUTELY, NO SMOKING OR ALCOHOL ON THE JUAB COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS. IT IS A SMOKE
    AND ALCOHOL-FREE VENUE.
  • Hawker Info:
    -Absolutely no Vendors will be allowed in the pit area of the grounds during the demolition derby.
    -Hawkers will not be allowed in the stands during any event until after the opening ceremony is finished.
    -Please be considerate of all spectators and allow them access to their seats before selling items.
    -Please kneel down while making a sale so others may watch the event
    -Absolutely no standing in walkways or aisles to watch the event. Please keep moving and keep aisles
    clear (per fire code).
    I hereby agree to the conditions listed above. I also release Juab County, Juab County Fair Association, Juab County Fairboard, Juab County Employees, and those affiliated from any liability that may
    incur while participating at the Juab County Fair.
